We specialise in payroll management, labour and statutory compliance, compliance audits, HR services, business consulting, and licensing and registrations.

ABOUT THE FOUNDER & CEO

Mr. Jeetendra Nagvekar, Founder & CEO, is a seasoned professional with over 36 years of experience across accounting & finance, human resources, administration, operations, and procurement.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree and an MBA in Human Resource Management, along with certificates in Labour Laws and AI applications in HR.

Mr. Nagvekar has extensive hands-on experience in business process design and implementation, labour law and statutory compliance frameworks, software customization and tool integration, as well as the development of SOPs, process flows, policies, and procedures.

He spent 18 years in senior management roles in the Gulf region, working with multinational organisations in Dubai, Sharjah, and Qatar, where he managed cross-functional departments and complex business operations.

Over the past eight years as a consultant in India, he has supported numerous organisations in streamlining compliance systems, implementing automation, improving operational efficiency, and strengthening regulatory frameworks. His consulting experience spans payroll, HR, labour compliance, audits, licensing, and business process automation.

Managing a business today involves balancing daily operations with evolving regulatory requirements, people management, systems, and growth priorities—particularly for micro and small enterprises. Since 2017, we have worked closely with entrepreneurs and business owners and understand the practical challenges they face in managing operations, payroll, human resources, statutory obligations, regulatory approvals, and internal processes.
